Providers

We ship with USPS, UPS, and DHL.

Packaging

Orders will be shipped as a single package when possible. Board games and books ship in heavy cardboard boxes, while lighter materials will be sent in deluxe bubble mailers. We take care in our packing to ensure your items arrive in good condition.

For domestic shipments, if you receive an item that has been damaged, please contact us right away at cult-support@archongames.net

We may ask you for photos of the damages, but will seek to remedy the situation in whatever way is most appropriate.

International Shipments

Board games are expensive to ship internationally, and at this time all items are shipping from our warehouse in Boulder, CO. Please understand that once items leave the USA we will not be responsible for lost or damaged packages. For International orders, buyers are responsible for all taxes, fees, or customs charges that may apply.

When shipping, Archon Games will fill out customs forms with accurate information regarding the sale price of items.

Preorders / Out of Stock Items

Any order that contains a sold out or preorder item will be sent as a single shipment when all items are in stock.

Shipping Schedule

We make every effort to ship our creations in a timely manner. Our small team prints labels and sends packages several times a week. Holidays and conventions may affect this schedule.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Free shipping is available on orders over $110

Domestic shipment delivery time is between 2-5 business days.

International shipment delivery time varies, but typically between 7-20 business days.
